Pricing, billing, the practical stuff.
What counts as a “moment”?
A moment is a life-context sentence someone tells AI before they know which product they need. “I just got a promotion.” “We’re thinking about a baby.” “My parents are getting older.” Each moment fans out into a set of categories and brands AI recommends. Plans are sized by how many of these moments we track for you each week, by category, model, and source.
Do you ship content for me or just tell me what to write?
Both, depending on plan. Starter shows you the gaps and queues the briefs. Pro generates the actual content (comparison pages, schema, and source-authority outreach drafts) and can auto-publish on-site content. Business and Enterprise add a priority QA step before anything goes live, plus custom prompt and moment authoring.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading mid-cycle is pro-rated against your current term. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. Your annual term length doesn’t change either way.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed annually, on the date you start. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly equivalents. Your plan renews automatically on the anniversary unless you provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal pricing is at our then-current list price.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t run an automated free trial. Instead, every prospect gets a free 30-minute demo with the founder where we walk through your category live: the moments AI is responding to, where you stand, and the three highest-leverage actions to take next. You leave with the analysis either way.
What counts as a “brand” or “competitor”?
A brand is a name you want us to track presence and share-of-recommendation for. A competitor is a name we benchmark you against on each moment. They share the same monitoring infrastructure, so adding more is mostly a question of how much resolution you want.
Do you have a per-seat charge?
No. Every plan includes unlimited workspace seats. Add as many marketers, content writers, agencies, and executives as you need.
Can I bring my own life-moment library?
On Business and Enterprise, yes. You can author custom moments, sub-moments, and phrasing variations to extend the vertical library we ship with. Starter and Pro use the vertical library as-is.
