What is a "moment"?+
A life event that creates a need: an engagement, a layoff, a new hire, a diagnosis, a move. People share these with AI assistants conversationally, and the models translate them into product needs and recommendations before any product question is asked. Moments are the unit everything in Aethon is organized around.
How do you know what AI recommends without access to real user chats?+
We simulate. Each mapped moment is run as realistic conversations across all four platforms on a schedule, with varied phrasings and follow-ups, and we log who gets named, in what position, with what framing. We never see private user conversations, and we do not need to: the models answer the same situations consistently enough to measure.
How does Aethon actually move my visibility?+
Three vectors. Structured data the models parse without guessing. Citation-grade content placed where each target model retrieves from, matched to the moments you want to win. And feedback loops: we detect drift, see what the models started trusting instead, and re-deploy. No prompt injection, ever. It does not work for long and it torches trust.

Do you charge per seat?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited workspace seats. You pay for the moments you track and the work Aethon ships, nothing else scales with headcount.
Does this replace my SEO team or agency?+
No. SEO targets typed queries and still matters. Aethon targets the conversations that happen before queries exist. Most teams run both, and the budget usually comes from brand search and display, the channels AI referrals are quietly eating.
What data do you need from us?+
For visibility work, none beyond your brand and product facts. For attribution, a lightweight pixel on your site and, if you want pipeline tagging, a CSV export or API key you control. We start with the minimum and never require access to customer PII.
Who owns the content and data Aethon produces?+
You do. Briefs, content, schema, dashboards, and your moment baseline history are yours, exportable at any time, including if you leave.
How do you handle security?+
Enterprise-grade controls: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging on Atlas, SSO and SAML available. A custom DPA is available on Atlas plans.
