Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary up top, always. We collect the minimum needed to run the product, we never access private AI conversations, we do not sell data, and you can get a copy or deletion of your data by asking one person.

1. What we collect

Account data (name, work email, company), workspace configuration (your brand facts, moments, competitors), usage data (pages and features used, for product improvement), and, if you install the attribution pixel, technical data about visits to your own site (referrer, page, timestamp, and a behavioral signature to detect AI-referred sessions).

2. What we never collect

Private AI conversations, on any platform, from any user. Every conversation in our systems is one we generated ourselves. The attribution pixel does not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not require or want your customers’ personal information.

3. How we use data

To run the service, support you, bill you, and improve the product. Aggregated, de-identified data feeds our research, like the Life Moments Report. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Cookies

Our own site uses essential cookies for sessions and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand what content helps. No cross-site advertising trackers.

5. Where data lives

Data is stored with major cloud providers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Subprocessors are listed in the DPA and we notify customers before adding one.

6. Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after, for export. Ask for deletion earlier and we confirm completion in writing. Backups age out within 90 days.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, portability, deletion: email daniel.arons@aiaethon.com and we handle it. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, and friends), those rights apply and we honor them regardless of where you are.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, workspace owners get an email before it takes effect, with a diff, not a riddle.
