If the founder has a bad idea, we want you to say so. With data, with receipts, with the better answer. Nodding gets a polite thank-you and a closed door.
Move at uncomfortable speed
Decisions in days, not weeks. Ship the ugly version, learn from it, ship a better one. If your instinct is to deliberate, you’ll hate it here.
No red tape
You don’t need a memo, a meeting, or three approvals to ship something. See it, do it, own it. We trust people more than process, and we’ll keep it that way.
