What if my industry isn’t listed?
The platform runs the same way across every vertical: detect the life moments, map the inferred-need graph, model the recommendation pathway, ship the work. The industries we list are where we have a vertical-specific moment library out of the box. For anything else, the first 30 days of onboarding includes building the custom moment library for your category.
How does the playbook differ by industry?
The framework is constant. What changes is the moment library (the life triggers AI is responding to), the source-authority map (which third-party sources AI cites in your category), and the recommendation pathway (the sequence of categories that follow a given trigger). A pediatric dentist and a fintech founder share none of those, even though they share the same Aethon dashboard.

Yes. We have dedicated moment libraries for healthcare, legal, and financial services, with attention to the source-authority signals AI weights highest in regulated categories (medical institutions, bar associations, FINRA-cited publications). On Business and Enterprise plans we add a compliance-grade QA step on any auto-generated content before it goes live.
How long until we see results?
It varies. Direct-to-consumer brands typically see lift in 4-6 weeks. Professional services and B2B verticals run 3-6 weeks. Hospitality and travel can move in 4-8 weeks. Regulated industries (healthcare, legal, insurance) take 8-12 weeks because source-authority moves slower in those categories. The vertical pages have specific benchmarks.
Do you have benchmark data for my specific vertical?
For the industries we ship libraries for, yes, plus cross-engine data on how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity differ in that category. For other categories, the first month includes mapping the baseline so we know what we’re measuring against.
Do we need to share customer data with you?
No. Aethon is a market-intelligence platform. We model AI behavior in aggregate using the prompts and moments your category cares about. We don’t need PII, customer lists, or CRM data to do the work.
Can multi-brand or multi-location organizations track separately?
Yes. On Pro you can track up to 3 locations or sub-brands; Business goes to 25; Enterprise is unlimited. Each brand or location gets its own moment library, presence score, and pathway analysis, with portfolio-level reporting on top.
