- Cultivate team-specific reviews. Size, stack, adoption time, in users’ own words on the platforms models read.
- Enter the comparison layer. Honest X-vs-Y presence, including third-party pieces.
- Engage community candor. Reddit and HN threads are retrievable; astroturf is detectable.
4Play 4: Compound the lead
Stack-neighborhood wins compound into category defaults.
- Score presence per moment, monthly. “Post-sunset migration” and “outgrew spreadsheets” are separate scoreboards.
- Watch competitor sunsets. Each one rewrites every migration answer overnight, be documented first.
- Extend the neighborhood. Own one stack pairing, then the adjacent integrations.
