The audit workflow that works
Step one: export your page list with titles, metas and H1s from any crawler, and paste it in batches asking Claude to flag duplication, intent mismatch and weak titles. Step two: paste your five most important pages in full and ask whether each resolves its target question in the opening lines, what an AI assistant could quote, and what is missing versus the follow-up questions a buyer would ask. Step three: paste competitor pages for the same query and ask what they answer that you do not. Step four: hand it your Search Console query export and ask which queries deserve pages that do not exist yet.
Prompts that produce findings, not summaries
Ask for verdicts and rewrites, not descriptions: which of these titles would you rewrite and to what; what is the single biggest reason this page would not be cited by an AI assistant; write the FAQ schema this page should have; list the questions in this Search Console export that no page on the site answers. Force specificity by asking for the exact line to change. Generic prompts produce generic praise.
